In 2015, she returned to Malaysia to further her career, contributing to the successful delivery of various high-profile projects, including high-rise buildings, commercial and residential developments, precast constructions, and renovations.

In 2014, Hui Li recognised the transformative potential of GLODON CUBICOST TAS and TRB software, acknowledging the significant benefits it offers to developers, consultants, contractors, and other construction stakeholders. This insight inspired her to embrace digital tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Her innovative mindset culminated in 2021 when she established an outsourcing quantity surveying company, championing the widespread adoption of GLODON CUBICOST TAS and TRB. Her leadership and commitment to integrating technology into quantity surveying have made her a highly regarded professional in the field.
